Tua Chua builds a strong Party from the grassroots

At the Party Cell 2 (Huoi So Commune), the Party's leadership role is carried out by the Party Cell through practicing democratic regulations and promoting the exemplary role of Party members. Party Cell Secretary Phan A Dien said: The Party Cell currently has 20 Party members. The Party Cell organizes monthly activities. The targets in the Resolution are discussed and opinions are contributed in Party Cell meetings for consensus. With this approach, the Party Cell's resolutions are close to reality and are effectively implemented. In addition, the Party Cell also assigns each Party member to be in charge of groups of households to monitor the implementation of the Party and State's policies; taking the implementation criteria of families as one of the contents of the annual assessment of Party member quality. Since then, the Party Cell's activities have gradually become systematic, scientific and effective, contributing to improving the quality of Party members.

The Huoi So Commune Party Committee currently has 143 members, operating in 12 affiliated Party cells. For many years, the locality has continuously innovated its content and form, focusing on building a strong Party in all three aspects: Politics , ideology and organization; directing Party cells to include political and ideological education in monthly meetings and thematic meetings. Thereby, helping cadres and Party members to have a deeper understanding of the Party's viewpoints, policies and resolutions, improving their political capacity; contributing to preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Huoi So Commune Sung A Lu said: If the Party cell is good, all Party policies will be well implemented. Therefore, from the beginning of the term, the Party Committee has focused on building clean and strong Party cells in conjunction with the good implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII), Directive 05 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 21 of the Party Central Committee (term XIII) on "Strengthening the consolidation and building of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period". The Party Committee has paid attention to building a team of Party Committee members and promoting the work of developing Party members. Assigning Party Committee members to be in charge of and attending meetings at Party cells not only helps to grasp the situation at the grassroots level, but also promptly responds to recommendations and proposals of Party members and people and guides the content of Party cell meetings. Thanks to that, the quality of activities of Party cells and the leadership capacity of Huoi So commune Party Committees have been improved.

Currently, the Tua Chua District Party Committee has 3,857 party members and 49 subordinate grassroots party organizations. To build a truly strong grassroots party organization, the District Party Committee Executive Committee has issued resolutions and plans to effectively direct the implementation of the Central and provincial resolutions on strengthening and consolidating the building of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members. The Party Committee has focused on directing, arranging, and perfecting the party organization; organizing the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and effective. The work of self-criticism and criticism; inspection, assessment, and classification of the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members has been seriously and properly carried out by Party committees and Party cells at all levels. The work of fostering and creating sources for developing party members has been given attention; In the first 9 months of 2023, the whole district admitted 120 new party members, transferred official party membership to 168 probationary party members, and sent 218 probationary party members to attend new party member training classes.

Comrade Vui Van Nguyen, Secretary of Tua Chua District Party Committee, said: Building a clean and strong grassroots party organization and improving the quality of party members has made an important contribution to the work of Party building and promoting local socio-economic development. After half a term of implementing the Resolution of the 18th District Party Congress, Tua Chua has achieved many important results. Many economic indicators have grown quite well compared to the beginning of the term and the annual targets. Up to now, 18/49 targets have met and exceeded the resolution; 21 targets have reached from 50% to less than 100%. The achieved results are a solid foundation, creating motivation for the Party Committee, government and people in the area to continue striving to fulfill the goals set out in the Resolution of the 18th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
