Singer Tuan Hiep and musician Nguyen Cong Phuong Nam, one in Vietnam and one in Germany, flew to the US to record the vinyl album Nhu Gio Thuoc May.

During the day, the two are in the studio; in the evening, they walk along the beach, drink wine, and play guitars on the California beach.
Impressed by Tuan Hiep's deep, thick voice, which dropped to a very warm tone, Nguyen Cong Phuong Nam asked, "Can you go down further?" "Yes, you can." And so, halfway around the world, the two Vietnamese artists had a conversation with endless timeless love songs.
Now remembering Tuan Hiep said it was a very relaxing feeling.
Nguyen Cong Phuong Nam told Tuoi Tre that when he heard Vietnamese love songs in America, he was moved because they evoked something very Vietnamese. That is what a person who has been away from home for a long time like him still "craves".
The vinyl record Nhu gio thuoc may opens with Noi long nguoi di (musician Anh Bang), side A of the record takes the audience into a romantic but troubled musical space with Chi vong that nhat (Pham Duy), Tinh yeu den trong tat tat (Nguyen Anh 9) and closes with Ha Noi ngay thang cu (Old days and months ) (Song Ngoc).
On side B, Tuan Hiep's natural, warm and delicate voice takes the audience through many feelings of love: Paris has anything strange, my dear (music by Ngo Thuy Mien, poetry by Nguyen Sa), Tuong Tu 4 (Mac The Nhan), The Last Nameless Song (Vu Thanh An) and ends with Loneliness (Nguyen Anh 9) - a song about the feelings of a sentimental artist.

On the acoustic background, Tuan Hiep leisurely, freely, and comfortably whispers words of love. The old songs are arranged by musician Quoc Vu in a style close to the taste of hi-end music listeners such as free-jazz, smooth jazz, bossa nova... creating a romantic, floating, and emotional musical space.
The music disc was mastered on a Studer A80 1/2 inch machine, on tape, and vinyl was cut directly from the master tape, according to the world 's audiophile album standards.
Vinyl records are produced in one of the world's leading record factories located in Los Angeles, according to audiophile standards of 180 grams.
Tuan Hiep shared that when making the album Nhu gio thuoc may , he wanted to bring a slow, profound experience, different from the fast rhythm of today's digital music. He lives and sings "slowly"; and out there are still many audiences who like to listen "slowly".
