On October 16th, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province issued a new announcement regarding the adjustment of the schedule for the Hoa Binh Provincial Culture and Tourism Week 2024.
Accordingly, the Hoa Binh Province Culture and Tourism Week 2024 will take place from November 15th to November 23rd (instead of October 24th to October 27th as previously planned).

The specific activities during the Hoa Binh Culture and Tourism Week will take place as follows: From 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM on November 15, 2024: Organizing the Fishing Festival and releasing lanterns on the Da River. From 3 PM on November 16-18, 2024: Opening of the 2024 Art Photography Exhibition.
From 7:30 PM to 10:10 PM on November 16, 2024, a ceremony will be held to receive the certificate designating Xom Trai Cave and Lang Vanh Rock Shelter as special national historical relics, and to inaugurate the Hoa Binh Province Culture and Tourism Week 2024. This is considered the main activity of this year's program.
The opening ceremony of the second Hoa Binh Province Da River Fish and Shrimp Festival will take place from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM on November 19, 2024.
This year, due to focusing on overcoming the consequences of Typhoon No. 3 ( Yagi ), the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has decided to cancel the 2024 Terraced Rice Field Festival in Lac Son district.
According to the organizers, the Hoa Binh Culture and Tourism Week is held to showcase the beautiful natural landscapes, tourist attractions, and cultural identity of the ethnic groups in the majestic Northwest region.
This is also an opportunity to promote agricultural products and distinctive OCOP products, thereby honoring and affirming the historical, cultural, and tourism values of Hoa Binh province.
