What are the highlights of Hoa Binh Province's Cultural Tourism Week 2024?

On October 16, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has just issued a new notice on adjusting the time to organize the Culture - Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024.

Accordingly, the 2024 Hoa Binh Province Culture - Tourism Week will take place from November 15 to November 23 (instead of taking place from October 24 to October 27 as previously planned).

Specific activities during the Hoa Binh Culture - Tourism Week will take place as follows: From 19:30 - 21:30 on November 15, 2024: Organizing a fishing ceremony, releasing flower lanterns on the Da River. From 15:00 on November 16 - 18, 2024: Opening of the 2024 Artistic Photography Exhibition.

From 7:30 p.m. to 10:10 p.m. on November 16, 2024, the ceremony to receive the certificate of ranking Hang Xom Trai and Mai Da Lang Vanh as special national monuments and the opening of the 2024 Hoa Binh Province Culture - Tourism Week will be held. This is considered the main activity of this year's program.

From 20:00 - 21:30 on November 19, 2024, the Opening Ceremony of the second Da River Fish and Shrimp Festival in Hoa Binh province will take place.

This year, due to focusing on overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 ( Yagi ), the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province decided to stop organizing the Hill Terraced Field Festival, Lac Son district, in 2024.

According to the Organizing Committee, the Hoa Binh Culture and Tourism Week is held to introduce beautiful natural images, tourist attractions and cultural identities of ethnic groups in the majestic Northwest region.

This is also an opportunity to promote agricultural products and typical OCOP products, thereby honoring and affirming the historical, cultural and tourism values of Hoa Binh province.
