According to the assessment, after half a term of implementing the Resolution of the 6th Party Congress, the Party Committee of the University of Technology has achieved many important results. Regarding training, the number of newly opened majors at all levels of highereducation has basically met the target of the 2020-2025 term. The University of Technology has opened 3 new majors for doctoral training, 5 majors for master's training, 19 majors for university training, 4 programs taught and learned in English at university level, 2 programs taught and learned in English at master's level and 15 distance learning programs. Annually, it enrolls over 11,000 students (meeting the Resolution target).
Regarding testing and education quality assurance, 7/7 schools have been recognized for the second cycle of quality assessment (meeting the set target); 15 training programs have met AUN-QA standards (the set target is 10 training programs meeting AUN-QA standards). The rate of full-time students with good training grades or higher is 91.05% (exceeding the Resolution target by 6%)...

The work of building the organizational apparatus continues to be carried out in a streamlined, efficient manner, in line with practical requirements; at the same time, there is a suitable management mechanism for member and affiliated units to promote their initiative and creativity. Every year, 98.9% of party members are classified as having completed their tasks or better (exceeding the target by 3.9%)...
The limitations pointed out are: The content of activities in some Party cells has not been innovated, thematic activities are still few; some training majors have low enrollment numbers; the rate of lecturers with doctoral degrees, professor and associate professor titles increases slowly...
To successfully implement the Resolution of the 6th Party Congress, delegates contributed many ideas on solutions to build the University into a key university, a high-quality training and scientific center, actively contributing to the socio -economic development of the region and the country.
To successfully complete the above objectives, in the remaining half of the term, the Party Committee of the University of Technology will focus on leading the innovation of training management in a professional and modern direction; promoting financial investment and infrastructure for development; building a streamlined, effective and efficient organizational apparatus; improving the quality of the staff, increasing income and living standards for cadres, civil servants and workers...
On this occasion, the Party Committee of the University of Science and Technology awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Party Standing Committee to grassroots party organizations that have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2017-2021).
