Specifically, at some garbage collection points in Diem Thuy and Phu Binh communes in recent days, there has been a situation where household waste has piled up and not been transported away in time. Typically, at the gate of Diem Thuy Industrial Park; near Diem Thuy roundabout; Soi 2 hamlet, Phu Binh commune...

Working with the representatives of the authorities of Phu Binh and Diem Thuy communes, we learned that the reason for this congestion is due to the continuous heavy rains in the past few days, making it impossible to transport garbage to the Song Cong Waste Treatment Plant. In addition, the change in the operating model of the District Environmental Service Center has also somewhat affected the transportation of garbage.

After receiving feedback from the people and the press, on the afternoon of July 4, the commune authorities coordinated with Thai Nguyen Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company to transport all household waste to the treatment site; and develop a long-term plan to avoid this situation from recurring.
