During the past term, the Company's Youth Union successfully fulfilled the targets set forth in the resolution of the 2022-2025 congress; proactively, creatively, and enthusiastically completed all aspects of Youth Union work and youth movements.  

The presidium is in charge of the congress.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots Youth Union has closely followed the content of the Party Committee's leadership resolution, doing a good job of advising and contributing opinions to the Party Committee and other Party committees, especially on issues related to youth and youth work.

The Congress discussed and determined the key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress identified the action slogan "Youth of X20 Joint Stock Company: Steadfast, Intelligent, Proactive, Creative, and Victorious" and the breakthroughs: Improving the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Union's activities and youth movements in fulfilling key political tasks, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" company; building a team of proactive, dynamic, and creative youth union members and cadres to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
