During the past term, the Company's Youth Union successfully completed the targets set out in the congress resolution for the 2022-2025 term; proactively, creatively, and enthusiastically completed the contents of the Youth Union work and youth movements.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots Youth Union has closely followed the content of the Party Committee's leadership resolution, done a good job of advising and contributing ideas to the Party Committee and Party committees at all levels, especially on issues related to youth and youth work.

The congress discussed and determined the directions and key tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress determined the slogan of action "X20 Joint Stock Company's youth are steadfast, intelligent, proactive, creative, and determined to win" and the breakthroughs: Improving the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Union's activities and youth movements in implementing key political tasks, contributing to building a comprehensively strong Company "exemplary and typical"; building a team of cadres and youth union members who are proactive, dynamic, creative, and able to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
