Youth union members of the Kien Giang provincial armed forces have participated in the movements "Provincial armed forces participate in building new rural areas" and "Provincial armed forces join hands for the poor - no one is left behind".
In 2024, the youth of the provincial armed forces participated in supporting the construction of 6 houses, giving gifts to families with preferential policies, bicycles to poor students who have overcome difficulties to study well, lighting up rural roads, children's playgrounds, medical examination and treatment, and providing medicine to people with a total value of over 800 million VND.
The meaningful work of the youth of the armed forces of Kien Giang province has developed widely, contributing to the effective implementation of propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws. The State comes to the people, further strengthening the solidarity between the army and the people.
