Driven by ambition and innovation.
In the digital age and with deep international integration, the youth of Tuyen Quang are clearly aware of their pioneering role in accessing knowledge and applying science and technology to serve life, production, and learning. The "Creative Youth" movement has been widely implemented throughout the province, creating an environment for young people to develop their thinking abilities and innovate in all fields.
Many youth entrepreneurship models in mountainous and remote areas have been effectively implemented, such as: cultivating medicinal herbs, producing clean agricultural products, high-tech livestock farming, and developing community tourism associated with preserving local culture. Sung Mi Phin, born in 1994, a Mong ethnic minority from Lung Hoa B village, Sa Phin commune, has developed community tourism by focusing on preserving traditional architecture. He has created job opportunities for young people in mountainous areas, many of whom now earn tens of millions of dong per month. Phin believes that success is not just for oneself, but must also contribute to the community. Phin was also honored to be one of the seven outstanding delegates from the province attending the meeting with leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front in Hanoi recently, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.
Besides economic development, activities such as "Volunteer Saturday," "Green Sunday," "Warm Winter for Children," and "Volunteer Spring" have also become highlights in uniting and gathering young people, spreading the message of living beautifully and usefully in the community. In the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, youth union members are the core force, supporting families in need with thousands of man-days of labor and mobilizing support to eliminate hundreds of temporary and dilapidated houses. During Youth Month 2025, the Youth Union branches at all levels in Tuyen Quang province are determined and united to successfully achieve the set targets. This includes completing the construction of 15 new houses and providing 2,500 man-days of labor in the nationwide emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025. This demonstrates a proactive spirit for the community and a willingness to participate in ensuring social welfare in the area.
Training and maturing in the light of the Party.
Throughout the country's development, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always played a leading role, guiding the nation through all difficulties and challenges. It is this belief in the Party's correct and wise policies that motivates the young generation of Tuyen Quang to continuously strive to learn and train themselves to become worthy successors.
The desire to contribute and grow within the Party organization burns brightly in the hearts of many Youth Union members. Tran Viet Quang, a former student of Xin Man High School, had the honor of becoming a Party member at the age of 18, having been admitted to the Party in June 2025. Quang emotionally shared: “Standing before the Party flag and taking the oath, I deeply felt the great honor and responsibility. I understand even more that becoming a Party member is not the destination, but the starting point of a journey of continuous striving, living with ideals and responsibility to the community.”
Youth Union organizations at all levels in Tuyen Quang have proactively developed training models such as: "Youth Union Member Training Diary," "Youth Union Member Day - Towards the Party," "Journey Following in Uncle Ho's Footsteps," etc., creating a practical environment for Youth Union members to mature from the grassroots. These "red seeds" from villages and remote areas are now blossoming and bearing fruit, becoming pioneering young Party members in many fields. Through these movements, from 2019 to the present, nearly 20,000 outstanding Youth Union members have been recommended to the Party for consideration and admission; and more than 7,000 new Party members have been admitted from these outstanding Youth Union members. The number of outstanding Youth Union members admitted to the Party not only contributes to rejuvenating the Party membership but also spreads the love and trust of the younger generation in the Party.
To celebrate the Party Congress at all levels, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed local Youth Union branches and organizations to implement over 200 youth projects and activities. In various localities, Youth Union members and young people actively participated in activities such as hanging the national flag, general environmental sanitation, waste collection, beautifying cultural center grounds, and repairing rural roads. These youth projects celebrating the Party Congress at all levels not only contributed to building a clean and beautiful new rural landscape but also demonstrated the role and responsibility of young people in the construction and development of their localities, achieving accomplishments to welcome the Party Congress at all levels.
Expressing her honor as a delegate to the Congress, Ms. Giang Thi Mai, Secretary of the Youth Union of Pa Vay Su Commune, said: “I am very proud to represent the younger generation at the Congress. This is an important political event, an opportunity for me to learn, listen, and absorb the major orientations in Party building and socio-economic development of the province in the new term. I will try to convey the spirit of the Congress to the Youth Union members and young people at the grassroots level, actively advise and organize practical activities, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions into life.”
Today, the youth of Tuyen Quang, guided by the Party's light, are steadfastly advancing on the path of integration and development. With a spirit of innovation and creativity, unwavering faith in the Party, and a desire to contribute to their homeland, the younger generation is continuing the glorious revolutionary tradition through practical and concrete actions in every task, every youth project, and every innovative initiative.
