Hands faster than the brain, pretending to be knowledgeable but lacking in charm without knowing, not fully understanding the regulations set by the law when participating in social networks... That is what some people have done, even facing penalties according to the law, when commenting "carelessly" on social networks.
Being sober, civilized, and not making "comments" that affect the country's political security situation or insult the privacy, honor, or reputation of others are mandatory principles that should be followed when commenting on social networks.
Besides the enthusiastic admiration, the clip of the Chairman of ACB Bank “burning up the stage” also received many comments related to gender issues. Photo: Internet
Don't let your hands get faster than your brain.
While the attack on government agencies in two communes in Dak Lak province, causing damage and casualties to innocent officers, soldiers and civilians, is causing pain across the country, many people "naively" go on social networks to post and "comment". One of those people is Mr. NNT (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province). This person used his Facebook account to comment twice with baseless and untrue content. When working with the authorities, Mr. T. explained the reason: because he often accesses political groups with distorted content on the internet, leading to his own distorted perception. From there, he made unverified comments, insulting the people's security forces.
This is not uncommon. Whenever there is a hot issue about security and order, especially cases related to land, complaints, lawsuits, disputes, there will immediately be very "hot" news articles on social networks. The press sometimes has to follow social networks, because it has to go through the steps of editing, approving news, articles... As for social networks, they are... carefree! The poster can be anyone, a curious person on the street who sees an incident can also take out their smartphone to work and post it on their personal page. The problem is that the poster does not fully understand the issue, so sometimes they post content that is not objectively true. Or sometimes the viewer does not understand the issue even more, and then continues to make baseless comments, like "copying and pasting". Many people have been invited to work with the police and fined for posting carefree news on social networks!

The "disease" of disparaging appearance and gender
Currently, 104 countries and territories around the world have recognized the right to legally change gender. At the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly held in mid-May, a delegate submitted to the National Assembly the Gender Transition Law project to be included in the legislative program. However, rude and uncivilized articles and comments about gender are still widely appearing on social networks. Gender attacks are not just a joke!
Most recently, the story of the Chairman of ACB Bank who was “born to be a singer but had to become a chairman” - Tran Hung Huy - has been causing a stir for quite a while. Besides the praise and admiration in many comments from netizens, there are also many comments of mockery and gender discrimination towards this “hot” character. Among the huge number of comments about the young President, there was a comment that received more than 1,000 likes: “In general, he is very stylish, a good and talented leader who needs to be respected and learned from. As for his gender, we have no right to judge because no matter what gender he is, it has nothing to do with or affect anyone's income. If you are rich, talented and live ethically, you should be admired and be an inspiration for today's youth. They have reached the threshold of having thousands of billions of VND, creating jobs for many Vietnamese people and getting rich in their own homeland and country. This is truly a rare thing...”.
The story of the multi-talented Chairman’s gender scrutiny is a very small example. Body shaming and gender-based insults are still rampant on social media. Meanwhile, freedom of speech in the form of insulting, attacking, and mocking others’ gender and appearance is sometimes a crime!
Being alert, civilized, and knowledgeable is always a requirement that everyone needs to pay attention to when commenting on social networks. Because the power of words and speech is sometimes limitless, capable of beautifying the soul, spreading beauty in life, but also capable of causing harm to people.
