On May 5, the Dak Lak youth volleyball team entered the 2025 National Youth Volleyball Championship held in Tra Vinh province.

At this tournament, Coach Nguyen Thanh Thien's students are in group E, with the teams: VTV Binh Dien Long An , Vinh Long, Quang Ninh, Hanoi.

According to the assessment, in addition to the first ticket to the next round that will certainly belong to the defending champion VTV Binh Dien Long An, Dak Lak will have to compete fiercely with Vinh Long as well as the representative from the capital Hanoi to be able to win the right to enter the knockout round.

In addition, the representative from the mountain town of Ban Me also has a chance to enter the quarter-finals if they become one of the two third-placed teams with the best results.

It is known that the 2025 National Youth Volleyball Championship, women's category has 15 participating teams. The teams are divided into 3 groups, including: Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Information Corps, Hung Yen, Ho Chi Minh City (group D); Thai Binh , Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemicals, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Thanh Hoa, Thai Nguyen (group D) and group E including the above teams.

This tournament has a very important professional meaning to evaluate the youth training work of localities, through which scouts search and discover potential young athletes to supplement the national youth team to train, coach, and serve the country's volleyball in the future.

The tournament will run until May 18.
