Therefore, the City Military Service Council strengthens the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the advisory role of agencies, departments, unions, and the Military Service Council in military recruitment work, clearly assigning the roles and responsibilities of each level, each agency and unit.

Train, foster and improve the professional skills of the team of commune-level cadres directly involved in military recruitment work. Promote the application of information technology, digitize data of young people of military age; organize registration, strictly manage the quantity and quality of young people of military age so as not to miss or miss out.
