Accordingly, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requests departments, branches and sectors based on their functions and tasks to proactively coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Science and Technology to implement Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Central Government.
In particular, focusing on reviewing and providing information on organizations, individuals, civil servants and public employees to integrate into the Administrative Procedures Handling Information System; at the same time, promoting propaganda and mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people to use online public services, non-cash payment utilities and the "Digital Education for All" platform.
Commune-level People's Committees are responsible for reviewing and arranging headquarters, equipment, human resources, and ensuring network infrastructure meets the requirements of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP; assigning tasks, providing information to establish procedures, decentralizing use, and declaring online payment accounts on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System; and at the same time, strictly implementing the periodic online reporting regime at 2:00 p.m. every day on the Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW Monitoring System.
The Office of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province is responsible for guiding the provision of facilities, machinery, equipment, and human resources for the Public Administration Service Centers at the provincial and communal levels and urgently integrating and providing 100% of online public services on the National Public Service Portal.
The Department of Science and Technology is the focal point for monitoring, synthesizing, reporting on the implementation progress on the Central Monitoring System and advising the Provincial People's Committee to handle difficulties and problems; at the same time, preside over the review of facilities, personnel at the administrative procedure settlement department, digital signatures of cadres, civil servants, and public employees at the Public Administration Service Center at the provincial and commune levels.
The Department of Finance advises on issuing temporary regulations on assigning investor rights to urgent digital transformation tasks and prioritizing the balance of investment resources for equipment and infrastructure serving the operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.
The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province also requested agencies, units and localities to seriously and urgently implement tasks; ensure progress, quality, unity and synchronization; contribute to effectively implementing the goal of digital transformation, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, and better serving people and businesses.
