At the conference, comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, disseminated Resolution No. 69-NQ/TW, dated July 19, 2025, the 12th Conference, the 13th Party Central Committee.
Comrade Hau A Lenh emphasized that organizing the study and dissemination of the Central Committee’s documents is of particular importance in the context that the whole province is actively reorganizing the apparatus and organizing Party congresses at all levels. Therefore, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units need to urgently develop implementation plans to ensure that the Central Committee’s resolutions, directives and conclusions are soon put into practice.
Party committees and branches pay attention to improving the quality of Party cell activities and thematic activities. Focus on digital transformation, especially issues related to personnel work to meet digital transformation requirements.
Localities need to pay attention to the residence and workplace of officials after the merger. In addition, to best serve the people, the choice of location and investment in equipment for the public administrative service center must be appropriate to actual conditions.
The Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee also requested that cadres at all levels need to overcome difficulties, promote their roles and responsibilities at work, and promote solidarity to complete assigned tasks.
At the conference, delegates were also informed of Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period; Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 on using the electronic Party member handbook application; Conclusions No. 176, 177, 178, 179 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
