Propaganda for National Digital Transformation Day 2025 with the theme "Digital transformation: faster, more efficient, closer to the people"

Implementing Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister on National Digital Transformation Day; Decision No. 2873/QD-BKHCN dated September 24, 2025 of the Minister of Science and Technology approving the Plan to implement Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister on National Digital Transformation Day 2025; Official Dispatch No. 5245/BKHCN-KTXHS dated October 2, 2025 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on synchronously organizing and implementing the movements "Digital Education for All", "Digital Education Festival for All" and "National Digital Transformation Day" and Official Dispatch No. 3125/UBND-VX dated October 6, 2025 of the Office of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province on deploying and organizing activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day in 2025 in Cao Bang province.

In order to raise awareness and responsibility of specialized departments, civil servants and employees about the role, meaning and benefits of digital transformation , the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions communicates some contents in response to the National Digital Transformation Day in 2025, specifically as follows:

- Communication on National Digital Transformation Day October 10, 2025 with the theme "Digital transformation: faster, more efficient, closer to the people".

- Inform, propagate and disseminate the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's legal policies, and the Central and provincial directive documents on Digital Transformation.

- Deploy activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 in October 2025; mobilize all civil servants and employees of the Department to respond to the movement "Digital Education for All", "Digital Learning Festival for All" associated with activities in response to "National Digital Transformation Day" (October 10) in online and direct forms, ensuring consistency with the purpose, meaning, spirit and theme of the National Digital Transformation Day 2025. Thereby, forming and promoting the spirit of "digital learning for all", contributing to building a digital learning society, promoting comprehensive digital transformation, based on science , technology, innovation and digital transformation.

- Directing the Department's civil servants to proactively and actively research and propose initiatives and useful solutions, applying technology to professional work to contribute to the successful completion of assigned political tasks .
