Conference scene.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Consumer Protection Association, the Provincial Consumer Protection Association; representatives of departments, branches and organizations of the province; leaders and experts of the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Departments of districts, towns and cities.
At the conference, delegates were informed and disseminated legal documents on consumer rights protection such as: Decree No. 55/2024/ND-CP dated May 16, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection; Decree No. 98/2020/ND-CP dated August 26, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in commercial activities, production, trading of counterfeit and prohibited goods and protection of consumer rights; Decree No. 24/2025/ND-CP dated February 21, 2025 of the Government stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in commercial activities, production and trading of counterfeit and banned goods and protection of consumer rights has been amended and supplemented by a number of articles according to the provisions of Decree No. 17/2022/ND-CP dated January 31, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in the fields of chemicals and industrial explosives; electricity, safety of hydroelectric dams, economical and efficient use of energy; commercial activities, production and trading of counterfeit and banned goods and protection of consumer rights, petroleum activities, trading of gasoline, oil and gas, etc.
