Propaganda and dissemination of the 2024 Land Law

BPO - On the morning of May 22, at the Conference Center of the Provincial Political School, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment coordinated with the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province to organize a conference to disseminate the 2024 Land Law and detailed implementation regulations.

Including the main contents related to regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land; regulations on land prices (land valuation methods, focusing on the surplus method); regulations on exemption from land rent and land use fees; planning and planning work; land allocation, land lease, and change of land use purpose...

The conference was held to raise awareness of the 2024 Land Law and the responsibilities of all levels, sectors and localities in implementing the law. At the same time, it helps cadres, civil servants, public employees, and those working in land advisory and state management work to better understand the provisions of the law and related documents, especially new and important contents, to effectively apply them to leadership, direction and implementation of professional tasks at their agencies, units and localities. Thereby contributing to the timely, synchronous, unified, effective and efficient implementation of the 2024 Land Law, contributing to effective management and liberation of land resources, meeting the requirements of socio -economic development and ensuring national defense and security of the province.
