On the afternoon of May 14, the Vietnamese women's team entered their final training session before the final match against Myanmar.
After a day off and recuperation yesterday, the women's football team returned to training to prepare for the final match against Myanmar taking place tomorrow, May 15.
Before entering the training session, midfielder Tuyet Dung shared: "Coach Mai Duc Chung always creates the most comfortable mentality for the whole team. Dung and her teammates are currently in good spirits before the match. I will try my best. The first goal is that the whole team can defend the gold medal to win the SEA Games for the fourth consecutive time. The second goal is that I can score in the final match."

Evaluating the match against Myanmar in the group stage, Tuyet Dung affirmed that Myanmar is always a difficult team for the Vietnamese women's team. In the rematch, the whole team must not be subjective and be ready to play in extra time or penalties against the opponent with the highest spirit.
"Myanmar's strength is their good physical strength, they can stick with them for 90 minutes. That is what the Vietnamese women's team needs to overcome when facing them" - Tuyet Dung assessed the opponent.
Coach Mai Duc Chung and his team took the opportunity to practice tactics in preparation for the final match with Myanmar.
This afternoon's training session of the Vietnamese women's team took place in a positive atmosphere. Coach Mai Duc Chung and the coaching staff arranged for the players to practice tactics for tomorrow's match. At the end of the training session, the Vietnamese women's football team faced rain but the whole team still persevered to complete the training plan well.
The SEA Games 32 women's football final will take place at 7:00 p.m. on May 15 at the Olympic Stadium.
