
Over the past 9 months of 2024, the Town People's Committee has developed a plan to transfer public postal enterprises to provide guidance, receive, return results and collect fees and charges at the Town One-Stop Department. The number of administrative procedures received and resolved under the authority of the Town People's Committee is 240 procedures; 9 procedures are outside the administrative boundaries of the provincial level, and 110 procedures are within the commune/ward level.
The town's reception and results department received 13,930 records; of which 2,427 records were received online (20.9%), 9,169 records were received directly/by public postal services, and 2,334 records were transferred from the previous period. 12,846 records were processed, including 11,094 records before/on time (87.42%); 1,752 records were overdue (12.58%), of which 1,643 records were overdue in the land sector.
Agencies under the Town People's Committee received 2,841 records; of which 93.91% were resolved early/on time, 6% were delayed. One-stop shops of communes and wards received 6,356 records; of which 98.5% were resolved early/on time, 1.5% were delayed.
Regarding the implementation of Project 06, the Town People's Committee has consolidated and maintained the effective operation of the Project 06 Town Implementation Working Group and 20/20 working groups at the commune and ward levels. Dien Ban has received and approved 142,130/137,523 electronic identification accounts (103%); activated 121,385/137,523 accounts (88.3%).
Currently, 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and soldiers of the town's armed forces have installed and activated level 2 electronic identification. Dien Ban collects and updates on the National Population Database software, reaching 94.84%...
