On May 9, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province, Bui Van Tang, led a working delegation to visit and congratulate Most Venerable Chau Ty (Deputy Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Council, abbot of Soai So Tom Nop Pagoda, Nui To Commune, Tri Ton District); Most Venerable Chau Son Hy (Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of An Giang Province, Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Tri Ton District, abbot of Sa Lon Pagoda, Luong Phi Commune) on the occasion of the Buddha's Birthday, Buddhist calendar 2569 - Gregorian calendar 2025.

At the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province, Bui Van Tang, shared information about the achievements that An Giang has achieved in the 50 years since the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
