At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province and Vietnam News Agency signed a media cooperation agreement for the period 2025 - 2029 with 8 specific content groups such as: Achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province; widely promoting the image of the people and heroic land of Dien Bien to a large number of readers and listeners at home and abroad; typical and exemplary models of the province in emulation movements; good and effective ways of implementing tasks of economic , cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security;

Support the organization of professional training courses, journalism skills, and the application of technology to improve propaganda effectiveness in the province; support local press agencies to add English, French, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese versions to bring official information about Dien Bien to international friends./.
