" Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Da Nang 2024" will be held from July 13 to 15, 2024, at the East bank park of Dragon Bridge, Son Tra District, Da Nang City; the opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 14, 2024. Up to now, the preparation of booths to display and promote culture, tourism, OCOP products, specialty products, and cuisine has basically been completed in terms of content and layout. Regarding propaganda work, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH,TT&DL) has sent the content of the Press Release and event trailer to the Department of Information and Communications to provide to news agencies and newspapers to promote the event and the document requesting the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang and the Department of Tourism of Da Nang to support visual propaganda on the city's routes. Da Nang, support the dissemination of event information on the tourism website and social networks managed by the unit. Regarding reception and logistics, the issuance of invitations to delegates has been completed as well as the detailed script for the event's opening ceremony, art performance program, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the organization of the event "Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Da Nang in 2024" on the occasion of Da Nang City organizing the final night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival is an opportunity to introduce and promote the values of cultural heritage, unique and special tourism products of the province to the people of Da Nang and the provinces in the Central coastal region, contributing to introducing the image, culture, people, potential and strengths of tourism of the province to domestic and international tourists, attracting tourists to Ninh Thuan, promoting the development of Ninh Thuan tourism to become a key economic sector contributing to the socio -economic development of the province in the coming time. To ensure that the event is commensurate with the scale, professional, practical, effective, and successful; The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to study and complete the program and script for the opening ceremony of the event to ensure suitability, quality and uniqueness; promptly confirm the delegates attending the event, make a seating plan and appropriate and solemn name tags. Continue to coordinate with the functional agencies of Da Nang City to prepare the necessary conditions for the event to take place successfully; coordinate with the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to prepare promotional documents and tourism investment promotion to send to delegates outside the province attending the event. The Department of Information and Communications coordinates with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promptly inform the event with QR codes to deploy information and propaganda work about the event on the media; guide news agencies and newspapers in the province to promptly report before, during and after the event.
