A large number of parents and candidates were present at UEF from early morning.

On the first day of receiving and providing information to prospective students, a large number of students enthusiastically completed all the necessary procedures.

For each step in the process, UEF deployed student volunteers to guide parents and candidates, helping the 2006 cohort quickly settle into their daily lives and studies. Therefore, they quickly completed the final stage of their goal of becoming UEF freshmen and are ready to welcome new experiences.

Having traveled long distances to UEF early, many candidates received a 3 million VND tuition fee reduction as they were among the first 2,000 candidates to complete all procedures. This is a preferential policy in the school's series of initiatives to welcome new students, following the free English experience program.

The university noted that many students with substantial scholarships also arrived for enrollment on the very first day. For example, Huynh Gia Hy, a new English Language student, was one of the earliest arrivals. She completed the procedures with excitement to join UEF with a 100% scholarship thanks to her impressive foreign language achievement - IELTS 8.0.

The admissions process was quick and efficient.

Also among the early arrivals at the university, Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mi, a new student in the International Business major, enthusiastically shared: "I think UEF has a good environment for me to develop. I have many older students who have studied here, and they all encouraged me to apply to the school. They supported me very enthusiastically, so I didn't encounter any difficulties when completing the enrollment procedures."

Students born in 2006 who complete their enrollment procedures early will receive many gifts from UEF.

New students will begin preparing for their official university life starting on August 25th. The university will organize an orientation week for all new students. This activity will familiarize them with the rules and regulations related to their studies and training, as well as their rights, obligations, responsibilities, and the policies and support services available to students.

Candidates nationwide will complete their enrollment confirmation on the Ministry of Education and Training 's portal before 5:00 PM on August 27th. During this time, UEF will still welcome candidates to complete the enrollment process, and the university will also consider academic transcripts for candidates who were not admitted through previous admission methods.
