Applying AI and digital transformation to improve the efficiency of cooperative management and operation

BAC NINH - On October 1, at the People's Committee of Dong Nguyen ward, the Cooperative Alliance of Bac Ninh province organized a training course on the application of digital transformation and AI technology (Artificial Intelligence) in the management and operation of cooperatives and cooperative groups.

More than 100 trainees who are officers and members of cooperatives in Tu Son, Phu Khe, Tam Son and Dong Nguyen wards were introduced by lecturers from Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry about the concept and roadmap of digital transformation for cooperatives. Practical technology solutions and barriers that need to be overcome when applying digital transformation to production and business activities in cooperatives.

At the same time, introduce and guide the application of AI technology in cooperative management and operation, including: Basic knowledge of AI and the role of this new technology in digital transformation of cooperatives; practice using popular AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Capcut...) to automate workflows, improve management efficiency; draft documents, analyze data, support business decision-making; build mini websites, come up with ideas and write detailed scripts for product advertising videos on social networks quickly and cost-effectively; apply AI to innovation, build technology application plans to optimize the production process.
