By the end of May 2025, 3,114 Social Policy Bank customers had opened mobile banking accounts; of which, 1,786 savings and loan group leaders installed mobile banking, reaching over 88% of the total number of groups. The branch deployed the use of the Policy Credit Management (QLTDCS) application to subjects according to regulations at 3 levels; leaders and staff of the Social Policy Bank and issued about 3,695 accounts to users.
