The City Social Policy Bank Branch coordinated, supported the implementation and promotion of mobile banking services to customers. By the end of May 2025, 3,114 Social Policy Bank customers had opened mobile banking accounts; of which, 1,786 savings and loan group leaders installed mobile banking, reaching over 88% of the total number of groups. The branch deployed the use of the Policy Credit Management (QLTDCS) application to subjects according to regulations at 3 levels; leaders and staff of the Social Policy Bank and issued about 3,695 accounts to users. Thereby, the information provided on the application was exploited to effectively serve the leadership and management of policy credit activities in the locality. By the end of May 2025, 2,023 savings and loan groups conducted transactions via the QLTDCS app, reaching 99.8% of the total number of groups; 89,285 households borrowed capital and made transactions via the QLTDCS app, reaching over 93% of the total number of households with outstanding loans...
