Candidates and businesses stuck in the AI recruitment spiral
Young people write CVs using ChatGPT, recruiters filter applications using AI, causing both candidates and businesses to fall into a paradoxical vicious circle.

More and more young people are using ChatGPT to write their CVs, cover letters and interview answers. Meanwhile, businesses rely on AI tools to scan, classify and score resumes.
This creates a paradoxical spiral, where the AI-written profile is rejected by the AI. Harris, a top graduate, sent out more than 200 job applications but got almost no response.
Many experienced workers also face a similar situation, being "ignored" by AI despite their suitable abilities. Businesses want to save time but accidentally make the recruitment process less effective. It now takes American workers an average of 10 weeks to find a job, much longer than before.
Experts recommend that candidates should focus on soft skills and direct networking to increase opportunities. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Iris scanning tool to verify human | VTV24
