The Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin currently has over 20,000 members, including more than 15,300 direct victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and over 3,300 indirect victims. Over the past 10 years of implementing Directive No. 43, the Association's fund has raised over 50.6 billion VND to support its members. From this resource, the Association has built 82 charitable houses, provided livelihood assistance to 89 cases with a total value of nearly 1 billion VND. Annually, the Association organizes detoxification for over 300 victims with a budget of nearly 2 billion VND; and provides free care and vocational training for 30 child victims with a total budget of nearly 1 billion VND.

At the conference, the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin reviewed its work during the first six months of the year and outlined directions and tasks for the last six months of 2025. These included focusing on tasks such as reviewing and compiling statistics on victims with particularly difficult housing situations; mobilizing support from the business community, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists; and striving to achieve the average fund target set by the Congress.
