VBA STAR X Champions Cup is designed with the image of a basketball in the center - where the teams all look towards and where the hearts of millions of fans beat with the same passion.
From there, the five-fingered hand rises like a pentagram, recalling collective strength, unity and the will to keep moving forward. Surrounding the ball, the five twisted edges resemble a blazing flame – symbolizing fiery spirit, endless passion and the desire to win.
On the body of the cup, the bronze drum pattern is delicately carved, resonating with the sound of the origin, both honoring the national tradition and blending with the breath of modern sports . In particular, the image of the Lac bird is embossed on the body of the cup, as a reminder of the connection with the past, while nurturing the aspiration to fly high and reach far.
All converge in the proud, straight arm, symbolizing the spirit of breakthrough, reaching international level and affirming the position of VBA on the regional and world basketball map.
The new trophy is not only a prestigious reward for the champion, but also a cultural symbol and national pride - an endless source of inspiration for the Vietnamese basketball generation to continue their journey to unlimited heights.
Mr. Tran Chu Sa - VBA Executive Director shared: “VBA STAR X Champions Cup not only honors the champion, but also marks the development journey of Vietnamese basketball. This will be a source of inspiration for generations of athletes, clubs and fans to join hands to bring Vietnamese basketball further”.
The new trophy will be officially awarded to the champion at the VBA STAR X 2025 season, a special 10th anniversary season with the message "Reaching without limits".
