At the conference to deploy the traditional festival of Tran Thuong Temple and commemorate the 725th death anniversary of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan in 2025, which took place on the afternoon of September 20, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Thuong Commune Le Duc Nhuong said that Tran Thuong Temple is one of the largest temples in the country to worship the National Duke, Commander-in-Chief Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan. Every year, the locality has two festivals associated with this relic, which are the salary distribution festival at the beginning of the year and the festival to commemorate the national hero Tran Hung Dao in the 8th lunar month.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year's traditional festival of Tran Thuong Temple, which also commemorates the 725th anniversary of the death of Hung Dao Dai Vuong, will be held from the beginning of the 8th lunar month. The ceremony will still maintain the same rituals as the project approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The opening ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. on October 9 (ie August 18, At Ty year), at the square of the Tran Thuong Temple National Special Relic Site.

According to Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Thuong Commune, Thach Ngoc Anh, the organization of the Tran Thuong Temple Festival is not only to pay tribute to ancestors, but also to help young people cultivate pride and a sense of responsibility in preserving their cultural heritage. This year's festival continues to inherit traditional rituals, while strengthening historical and cultural education for students through experiential activities and folk performances.

The highlight of the opening ceremony of the Tran Thuong Temple Festival in 2025 is a unique, large-scale art program with the theme "Echoes of Tran Thuong - Thousand Years of History". The program was written by Master Le The Song, who is also the general director.

The program was elaborately staged on a stage of nearly 700m², combining sound, lighting, LED screens and modern effects, bringing together the participation of about 300 artists and actors, including many famous artists such as: People's Artist Tu Long, People's Artist Thuy Ngan, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Meritorious Artist Le Hang, Sao Mai Champion Quach Mai Thy, Sao Mai Rendezvous Runner-up Nguyen Ngoc Anh, and many other famous singers.

General Director Le The Song said that by combining modern stage effects with the arts of singing, dancing, music and drama, the program hopes to bring a cultural space imbued with epic qualities, both attractive and rich in artistic value, fully conveying meaningful messages about the sacred land of Tran Thuong with its important position in the process of building and defending the nation.

Accordingly, the art program "Echoes of Tran Thuong - Thousand years of history" is structured in 2 parts.

Part 1: "The eternal sacred land - The four great rivers" includes 8 segments, depicting the story of Tran Thuong land, where the sacred energy of heaven and earth converges through reenacting historical legends about Ba Chua Mieu, Hung Dao Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan, Vuong Co Dai Hoang, Princess Quyen Thanh, Buddha King Tran Nhan Tong...

Part 2: Echoes of Tran Thuong - A Thousand Years of History includes 6 segments leading from the history of Tran Thuong Temple to Ninh Binh today, honoring the beauty of tangible and intangible cultural heritages through performances and folk songs typical of Ninh Binh land performed creatively.

In particular, in the program, there will be a stage performance of the altar of Saint Tran by folk artist Pham Hai Hung - Head of Tran Thuong Temple and a dance group.

Notably, the dance drama in the program featured Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung in the role of Tran Quoc Tuan. The artist said that he had carefully prepared and ordered many elaborate costumes to recreate the image of the national hero.

In the program, there will be new songs composed specifically for the event, promising to bring new and attractive colors. The program is expected to be broadcast live on Ninh Binh Provincial Television channel and on digital platforms.

Up to now, the work of ensuring security, order, festival safety, accommodation services... is being carefully planned by the government and people of Tran Thuong commune to ensure the festival takes place joyfully, safely and civilly.
