VCN was assigned as the investor of Vinh Hai Social Housing Project.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving VCN Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor of Vinh Hai Social Housing Project (at Trai Ga land, Dao Van Tien street, Bac Nha Trang ward) without bidding for the case of social housing construction investment project that has been approved for investment policy.

Project implementation area.

Accordingly, the project land area is about 1.62 hectares, with a total investment of more than 1,077 billion VND. This is one of the key projects to develop social housing funds in the area, contributing to solving the housing needs of people with low and middle incomes, while promoting modern urban development in the northern area of ​​Nha Trang. The project investment scale includes 2 main items: high-rise social housing apartment complex and adjacent housing area. In which, the apartment part will have 2 20-storey buildings, construction area of ​​about 4,960m ² ; total construction floor area is expected to reach 92,446m ² , providing about 822 apartments with synchronous design and utilities. The adjacent housing area is expected to build 22 units with a land area of ​​about 2,284m ² ; total floor area is about 8,222m ² . Upon completion, the project is expected to meet the housing needs of about 2,554 people, while effectively exploiting land funds, protecting the ecological environment and promoting sustainable development in the area.

The project implementation progress is divided into two main phases: The phase of preparing legal procedures, land and technical design will start from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the third quarter of 2026; the construction phase will start from the fourth quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. Technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and main architectural works will be put into operation from the fourth quarter of 2027. This progress is significantly shortened thanks to the application of specific mechanisms from Resolution No. 201 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development and Decree No. 192 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement Resolution No. 201 of the National Assembly.
