The gift-giving activities will be flexibly combined with the Mid-Autumn Festival program, adapting to the specific conditions and circumstances of each unit. The Mid-Autumn Festival gift-giving activities will take place from September 26th to October 6th, 2025 (August 5th to 15th in the lunar calendar).
The recipients of gifts are: biological or legally adopted children of union members, workers, and laborers (under 15 years old) who are in difficult circumstances at units and enterprises in the city; some children's villages and schools; and children of union members, workers, and laborers currently residing in rented accommodations in the city.
The Hai Phong City Federation of Labor assigned the Propaganda and Women's Affairs Department to advise on the allocation (each family of union members, workers, and laborers can only request one gift).
The Hai Phong City Federation of Labor Unions requests that commune, ward, special zone, and affiliated grassroots labor unions develop plans to coordinate with professional leaders and employers to organize at least one Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for the children of union members, workers, and laborers. These activities should be practical, effective, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for the children, and attract a large number of children to participate. Gift-giving should be targeted, practical, and effective.
