Violating 18 errors while driving a motorbike, 9 Quang Tri youths were fined 51 million VND

On the morning of July 15, information from the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police said that the unit had just issued fines for dozens of violations while driving motorbikes of 9 young men in Nam Dong Ha Ward.

Previously, at around 9:30 p.m. on July 13, the Traffic Police Department's Working Group coordinated with the Nam Dong Ha Ward Police to patrol and control inner-city traffic routes and discovered 9 teenagers riding 5 motorbikes with many signs of violations. The inspection showed that most of the subjects were not old enough to drive vehicles.

After working with parents, the authorities drew up a record of 18 violations, including: People from 16 to under 18 years old driving a motorbike in violation of regulations; motorbikes and scooters not meeting safety requirements; giving the vehicle to an unqualified person...

Notably, one of these was found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol. Based on the regulations, these nine young men were administratively fined a total of VND51 million and had their three motorbikes temporarily impounded.
