Install and experience PayFlex
Activating and using PayFlex couldn't be simpler and is completely free right on the MyVIB app, with just a few simple steps:
- Access the MyVIB app and select the PayFlex service section.
- Enable "Set by cardholder" feature.
- Select the type of transaction you want to set up (by amount, transaction type...).
- Select funding source (credit card/payment card) and terms and conditions.
- Authenticate with OTP and complete.
VIB cardholders who do not have a VIB Visa card or want to upgrade or replace their card to experience PayFlex will be exempted from upgrading or issuing a new card from now until July 31, 2025. New customers who register to open a VIB credit card from July 1 to September 30, 2025 will be exempted from the first year's annual fee when spending from 1 million or more.
