[Video] Proactively responding to natural disasters during the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

Faced with potentially risky weather developments that could directly affect the preparation and organization of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the Minister of Education and Training has issued an Official Dispatch on proactively responding to natural disasters during the exam period.

To proactively respond to floods, minimize damage to people and property, and ensure the safe and serious organization of the Exam, the Ministry of Education and Training requires:

The Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 Exam regularly and closely monitors developments of floods, storms, hurricanes and other extreme weather conditions from the authorities; reviews, develops and deploys plans to ensure safety for the Exam with the 4-on-site motto regarding facilities and exam organization conditions.

Develop contingency plans, move files, documents, machinery and equipment to safe places to avoid damage due to flooding and landslides, and at the same time, prepare backup examination locations and examination rooms in case the main examination location is affected by natural disasters;

Ensure absolute safety in the transportation and storage of exam papers and test papers before, during and after the exam; avoid damage due to heavy rain, heat, fire and explosion.

Ensure safety for staff and candidates, minimize risks due to natural disasters.
