Vietcombank Thanh Hoa donates ambulance to Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On July 9, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Thanh Hoa Branch (Vietcombank Thanh Hoa) organized the donation of 01 ambulance to Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital. This is a meaningful social security activity of Vietcombank, contributing to improving the quality of medical care and community health care, especially for children.

Representatives of Vietcombank and Vietcombank Thanh Hoa presented an ambulance to Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital.

Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital is the leading hospital in Pediatrics in Thanh Hoa province with the function and task of providing emergency care, medical examination and treatment for children under 16 years old in Thanh Hoa province and some neighboring provinces, including Hua Phan province of Laos.

In order to join hands with Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital to improve facilities and meet the needs of emergency patient transportation, Vietcombank Thanh Hoa has donated and handed over a high-quality ambulance worth 1 billion VND along with modern emergency medical equipment inside for the hospital to manage and use.

The ambulance donated by Vietcombank Thanh Hoa helps the hospital have more means to support the transportation and emergency care of patients quickly and promptly.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Quynh Mai, Deputy Director of Vietcombank's Large Corporate Customer Department, said: "Vietcombank always cares about and demonstrates its role and responsibility in contributing to protecting and improving community health. In addition to investment cooperation, providing advanced applications and services to improve the efficiency of medical activities and serve patients well, the annual budget for health sector programs also accounts for a large proportion of social security activities."
