Viettel thanks customers and increases 5G waves to serve the holidays

In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City - the two cities where many of the main activities of the Festival took place, Viettel has synchronously deployed the most modern telecommunications infrastructure. Especially in Ho Chi Minh City, Viettel has deployed more than 1,000 solutions to strengthen the network, adding 50 5G hotspots in key areas.

With the widest 5G coverage, Viettel customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in particular and people across the country can experience connections 10 times faster than 4G, with almost no latency - meeting all needs from livestreaming, watching high-quality videos , working online to complex data services.

Nearly 1,000 technical staff were on duty 24/7 nationwide to handle incidents, ensure smooth network operation, and serve local and foreign residents, tourists, and reporters participating in the event.

Viettel stores open during holidays

Along with ensuring network quality, Viettel Telecom also arranged more than 1,500 staff to be on duty during the holidays at stores nationwide. Viettel stores will be open normally during the holidays, ready to support customers in performing transactions such as new network connections, package registration, service care, technical troubleshooting, payment and consulting on Viettel products and services.

Giving away tens of billions of Viettel++ points

In particular, to thank customers on this year's big holiday, from April 29 to May 5, 2025, Viettel will add 50,000 points for customers who have been with Viettel mobile network for more than 5 years; the remaining Viettel mobile customers (prepaid and postpaid) will be added 5,000 points. These points can be converted into telecommunications gifts, vouchers for using transportation, travel, culinary , entertainment services and shopping for consumer products from major brands. The total number of Viettel++ points expected to be given to customers on this occasion is up to tens of billions of points.

In particular, customers who exchange Viettel++ points for vouchers on the occasion of April 30 and May 1 will receive 10 times more benefits. Specifically, with only 5,000 Viettel++ points (equivalent to 5,000 VND as usual), customers will immediately receive a promotional voucher to experience shopping and use services worth up to 50,000 VND.
