New VinFast VF Wild revealed in Hanoi - national electric pickup standard

The Vinfast VF Wild electric pickup truck belongs to the mid-size pickup truck segment produced by the Vietnamese brand with an overall length of 209 inches (5,324mm) and a width of 79 inches (1,997mm).

The vehicle's compact design will be optimized for space thanks to a flexible expandable cargo compartment, through the automatic folding feature of the windshield and rear seats, increasing the cargo compartment length from 5 to 8 feet (1,524 to 2,438 mm).

This is also the longest size among the same segment trucks currently on the market, giving users a spacious space to carry goods, rest or entertain in the car, maximizing convenience.

The all-new Vinfast VF Wild electric concept car also features a panoramic sunroof and an electronic rearview mirror, which improves the car's aerodynamics. The design is the result of a collaboration between VinFast and Australian design firm Gomitiv, the result of more than 8,000 hours of research and development.

It is known that the car's appearance is inspired by the image of a superhero's cape flying in the wind. VinFast and Gomotiv engineers have created a special "Power of Flow" design language exclusively for VF Wild.

VinFast’s new concept car also makes its mark with a new naming convention. “Wild” represents the power of nature and the spirit of being ready to challenge all limits to break through and reach far, towards a green future for everyone - the mission that the Vietnamese car company always pursues.

In terms of interior, the VF Wild electric pickup has many high-end details, brown leather upholstery, gray accents. Two-spoke steering wheel, flat sporty design. A small screen behind the steering wheel displays vehicle information.

The car has a large entertainment touch screen. Vertical air-conditioning vents. The space minimizes physical buttons, the most prominent are the two air-conditioning knobs, the rest of the functions are all through the screen. VinFast Wild does not have a rearview mirror, instead the car is equipped with a camera and the image will be displayed through the screen on the A-pillar.

As the largest electric pickup truck in the segment, which requires many pillars to be sturdy, VF Wild surprises with its B-pillar-less design, two doors opening front and back in the style of "suicide doors" in the style of a Rolls-Royce luxury car.
