2025 marks a special milestone for the Vietnamese young entrepreneur community, as the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association honors 100 outstanding individuals nationwide. Mai Van Thuan, General Director of Asia Production - Trade - Engineering Co., Ltd., and Tran Thi Thanh Thao, General Director of Binh Tay Import-Export Joint Stock Company (BITEX), are two of the four outstanding young entrepreneurs from Tay Ninh recognized this time, for their innovative spirit, resilience in overcoming difficulties, and aspiration to contribute to the development of the private sector.

Looking ahead to future development strategies, young entrepreneur Mai Van Thuan believes technology is a "vital factor." With over 33 years dedicated to the Education and Training sector at a company with a 43-year history, Tran Thi Thanh Thao, General Director of Binh Tay Import-Export Joint Stock Company (BITEX), is recognized as a strong female entrepreneur with a transformative mindset and the ability to lead a team effectively in the context of deep and broad integration. According to Ms. Thao, hearing her name called out in the Top 100 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs of 2025 was deeply moving. This title is not just for her personally, but a recognition for the entire BITEX team.
