On November 29, information from Hue Central Hospital, an individual of the unit was just awarded the Vietnamese Women's Award in 2022 and 2023 by the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU). That is MSc. BSCKII Hoang Thi Lan Huong, Deputy Director of the hospital.

The Vietnam Women's Award of the Vietnam Women's Union recognizes the talent and dedication of Vietnamese women in their career of contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The Vietnam Women's Union awarded the Vietnamese Women of the Year 2022 and 2023 awards to 7 collectives and 19 outstanding individuals in the following fields: State and mass management (4 collectives, 3 individuals); enterprises (6 individuals); education (2 collectives, 3 individuals); Health (1 collective, 2 individuals); Armed forces (3 individuals); Sports (1 individual); Workers (1 individual).
The common points of this year’s award-winning collectives and individuals are talent, desire to contribute, and creativity. They are typical examples of intellectual and spiritual beauty, representing the contributions of millions of Vietnamese women.
Thua Thien-Hue has 2 out of 19 outstanding individuals nationwide to be awarded this time.
In addition to MSc. BSCKII Hoang Thi Lan Huong, there is also Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Deputy Head of the Department of Refrigeration, Hue Industrial College.
MSc. BSCKII Hoang Thi Lan Huong, born in 1969, from Loc An commune, Phu Loc district (Thua Thien-Hue), is the first female Deputy Director of Hue Central Hospital.

Recently, in October 2023, Dr. Lan Huong was one of 10 individuals honored by the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Women's Union as "Outstanding Women for the Community".
