In 2024, for the first time, Regiment 832 of the Provincial Military Command was assigned the task of training new soldiers. What is special here is that 100% of the new recruits are children of ethnic minorities in the province. After the oath-taking ceremony, some of them will be mobilized to take up duties in a number of agencies and units in the province; the rest will be trained and educated to become Squad Leaders to serve as the core for the task of training new recruits in 2025.
Comrade Bui Thi Sen, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vo Nhai district, commented: "We can see the maturity in the children, that is the steadfastness, steadfastness in ideology, politics, morality as well as physical strength, agility of the children and can see that it is the maturity after the training period. That shows the very responsible and dedicated care and guidance of the comrades of Regiment 832.
At the end of the training course, under the Quyết Thắng flag, the soldiers are given weapons to carry out the sacred mission of protecting the Fatherland. There will be many challenges ahead in the military journey. We believe that the soldiers will always demonstrate their bravery, confidence, and willingness to contribute, accept and complete all assigned tasks well, marking the maturity in all aspects of their youth in the revolutionary homeland./.
