VNHR held an official cooperation signing ceremony with 5 partners to accelerate digital transformation in the human resources industry.
Therefore, VNHR organized an official cooperation signing ceremony with 5 partners, including: Dale Carnegie Vietnam - School of Business and Human Relations ; CareerBuilder - Reliable Job Channel; C-Talents - Member of Success Partner; JobTest - Career Guidance Platform; and AIID - Vietnam Digital Human Resources Development Alliance .
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Hong Phuc, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators and Chairman of VNHR, said: "Thanks to technology, the tasks, procedures, and administrative processes in labor management that used to be performed manually have been significantly reduced. For a long time, HR departments have spent a considerable amount of time and effort on 'administrative' work and handling matters, leaving no time to focus on nurturing, managing, and developing talent and human resources within their organizations, which is crucial for business growth."
Of VNHR's five partners mentioned above, four utilize Big Data – a key element in talent acquisition decisions, and are part of the most reputable HR community in Vietnam. For example, CareerViet currently posts 2 million job openings daily and has 200 million candidates worldwide , along with millions more in Vietnam, creating a technology-driven HR Tech ecosystem for talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention. Similarly, VNHR partners with PeopleX Hiring, a leading digital recruitment solution integrating AI technology to help businesses quickly and efficiently select top talent.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Nguyen Cong Thuy, founder and CEO of JobTest, stated: "The application of artificial intelligence to human resource management activities has helped improve recruitment efficiency by 87%, training by 89%, competency assessment by 93%, and succession planning by 97%, resulting in a 14% increase in labor productivity and a 17% reduction in personnel costs."
