VPUB - Muong Nhe Rubber Joint Stock Company organizes the 2024 Labor Conference

Dienbien.gov.vn - On the morning of March 6, Muong Nhe Rubber Joint Stock Company held the 2024 Labor Conference, summarizing production and business activities in 2023. Attending the conference were comrade Lo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group; leaders of Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Ha Giang Rubber Joint Stock Corporations; leaders of agencies and departments of the district.

Comrade Lo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Conference.

In 2023, Muong Nhe Rubber Joint Stock Company has implemented synchronous and effective solutions, especially garden care to improve productivity and quality of the garden, recruit and arrange labor reasonably, manage labor well and technical exploitation processes, effectively launch emulation movements and pay attention to fully implementing policies and wages for employees; build self-awareness, strictly implement the Company's regulations, contributing to the successful completion of targets and tasks in 2023. In 2023, nearly 1,140 hectares were exploited, with high productivity, good latex quality, average yield of 0.9 tons/ha, harvested output of over 1,000 tons, reaching 100.2% of the assigned plan; total revenue of over 28 billion 800 million VND, reaching 100% of the plan. The average income of workers is from 5-7 million VND/person/month. Muong Nhe Rubber Joint Stock Company has paid dividends based on the value of land use rights contributed by people for over 1,330 hectares, reaching 100%, with a total amount of nearly 2 billion 180 million VND.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Lo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the collective leadership, cadres, employees and workers in 2023. To promote the achieved results, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Company to focus highly and make efforts to complete the planned output assigned by the Rubber Group in 2024 and the following years. In addition, he requested the Company to continue to build cooperative relationships with local Party committees and authorities to do a good job of economic development, security and national defense in the border areas; promote labor emulation movements, well implement democratic conventions, ensure policies for workers, promptly grasp their aspirations, create solidarity and consensus, and successfully carry out the Company's political tasks in 2024 and the following years.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals were commended at all levels for their outstanding achievements in completing production plans and labor movement activities in 2023.
