The decision to establish the Inspection and Verification Team was issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak R'lap District, Nguyen Quang Tu, on June 8th. The Head of the Internal Affairs Department of Dak R'lap District was assigned as the team leader.
According to the plan, on the morning of June 9th, the inspection and verification team will work directly with the communes and towns in the district.
The People's Committee of Dak R'lap district directed the inspection team to verify the information regarding allegations that Kien Thanh commune and Kien Duc town owe money for flowers, stationery, and meals to some businesses in the area.

The team is responsible for advising and proposing to the District People's Committee and the Chairman of the District People's Committee plans and measures to handle cases of prolonged debt arrears with service providers.
To facilitate inspection and verification, the People's Committee of Dak R'lap district requests that communes and towns report specifically on the outstanding debt situation at service providers; and at the same time, propose a plan for definitively resolving the issue before the district-level operation ends.
Previously, the Dak Nong Department of Internal Affairs had issued a document requesting the District People's Committee to urgently verify and report on the cases of outstanding debts reported by the press, in order to report to the Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee.
If individuals or groups violate the regulations, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the law; at the same time, consideration will be given to not assigning the violating individuals to positions in the personnel plan when merging commune-level units in this phase until the issue is resolved completely.
Previously, Dak Nong Newspaper published an article about a restaurant in Dak R'lap district that reported that officials from Kien Thanh commune and Kien Duc town owed nearly 180 million VND in meal fees for the past 9 years without paying.
Following the article's publication, more businesses in Dak R'lap district continued to report outstanding debts for goods purchased from these two localities over the past several years. These debts, including those for stationery and flowers, totaled approximately 170 million VND.
