Batches of salted anchovies that meet input quality standards will be brought to the Chin-su Phu Quoc barrel house. Here, the salted fish will undergo a natural fermentation process in wooden barrels for 9-12 months to create famous drops of fish sauce. It is known that this barrel house has an area of over 22,000m2 with nearly 500 fermentation barrels with a capacity of over 10,000 tons of fish per year.
