Ms. Phan Thi Phuong in area 6, Thoi An Dong ward, said: "I saw some alleys in the area were degraded and flooded, making it difficult for people to move around, so when the locality mobilized, my family contributed 10 million VND to upgrade the alley."

The completed project has been put into use, creating favorable conditions for people to travel conveniently and easily. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thoi An Dong Ward Party Committee, this is a key project of the newly merged ward. The locality hopes that the areas will pay attention to maintaining hygiene, environmental landscape, contributing to ensuring security, order, traffic safety and building a civilized urban ward in the coming time.
