Le Thuy Commune: Supported the Cuban people with more than 1.1 billion VND

QTO - Responding to the Program to support the Cuban people with the theme "65 years of Vietnam - Cuba friendship" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross, recently, the government and people of Le Thuy commune have actively participated in the program.

Accordingly, with the spirit of "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves", Le Thuy commune has mobilized cadres, party members, civil servants, organizations, unions and people to join hands to donate and support. Up to now, Le Thuy commune has raised more than 1.1 billion VND to send to the Quang Tri Provincial Red Cross to deliver to the Cuban people.

This is a meaningful activity, not only demonstrating profound humanitarian spirit but also consolidating the good traditional friendship between the two peoples of Vietnam and Cuba, contributing to spreading the noble international spirit.
