Long Kien Commune handed over 4 solidarity houses

On August 5, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Kien commune (An Giang province) held a ceremony to hand over 4 solidarity houses to households with housing difficulties.

Party Secretary, Chairwoman of Long Kien Commune People's Council Phan Thi Diem and Chairman of Duong Commune People's Committee Mai Thanh Son received the sponsorship.

After more than 1 month of construction, 4 houses were completed and put into use, with each house having an area of ​​32 - ^40m2 , ensuring the "3 hard" structure (corrugated iron walls and roofs, tiled floors). The total cost of building 4 houses is over 265 million VND, of which Hoffman Phan Thanh Giang Brick Factory (An Quoi Hamlet, Long Kien Commune) sponsored 200 million VND, the rest was contributed by the locality and the family.

Give gifts to people.

On this occasion, Hoffman Phan Thanh Giang Brick Factory gave 100 gifts to poor and near-poor households in the commune, with a total gift amount of over 30 million VND.
