Quang Minh Commune: The 7th phase of the lottery for service land allocation ensures openness and transparency.

On May 22nd, the People's Committee of Quang Minh commune held a lottery for the allocation of service land plots in the 7th phase for eligible households and individuals in the commune. The lottery was conducted openly, democratically, and in the correct order, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.

According to the People's Committee of Quang Minh commune, after the land allocation policy for service purposes in Me Linh district was approved and implemented, the commune proactively inherited, reviewed, and strengthened the land allocation review council and working group, while also issuing plans and regulations to ensure that land is allocated to the correct recipients and in accordance with regulations.

Previously, the People's Committee of the commune organized six rounds of lottery draws for service land plots for households and individuals in Phu Nhi, Chi Dong 4, Chi Dong 5, Chi Dong 6, and Gia Trung 1 villages, totaling 75 plots. Based on the results of the review, public posting, and application approval, in this seventh round, the People's Committee of the commune will continue to organize a lottery to allocate service land to eligible households and individuals according to regulations.

At the conference, the Economic and Social Affairs Department announced the list of eligible participants in the lottery; disseminated the principles, regulations, and procedures for implementation; introduced the map and location of the service land plots; and conducted the lottery in accordance with regulations. The lottery process was conducted publicly, under the supervision of specialized departments and representatives of the people.

The organization of the 7th land allocation lottery for service land demonstrates the determination of the Quang Minh commune government to fully implement policies related to the rights of people whose agricultural land has been reclaimed, contributing to stabilizing people's lives and creating consensus in the socio-economic development process of the locality.
