Showing gratitude to those who have contributed is a sacred morality and responsibility, reminding today's generation to live up to the sacrifices of their ancestors. The series of activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quoc Oai commune attracted the active participation of many cadres, party members and people in the commune. In particular, the support of the volunteer group "Repaying gratitude" in 3 regions, Agribank - Quoc Oai Branch demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and mutual assistance of the community actively participating in social security activities.

On this occasion, organizations and individuals presented 145 gifts of gratitude to families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services with a total value of more than 50 million VND. The gifts were not of great value, but were full of affection, showing the care and deep gratitude from the community.
Mr. Pham Thanh Son, a war invalid in Quang Yen village, Quoc Oai commune, shared: "I am very touched when the commune government and organizations pay attention to meet and show gratitude and give gifts on War Invalids and Martyrs Day. This is not only a material gift, but also a great spiritual encouragement for people like us. I feel warmed by the deep concern of the Party, the State and today's young generation. I hope that the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" will always be preserved and promoted."
