Today is the deadline for registering for university admission in 2025.

(Dan Tri) - Deadline 5:00 p.m. today (July 28), the last chance for candidates to register, adjust, and add university admission wishes, unlimited number of times on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , candidates use the account provided on the Ministry's Admission Support System to register, adjust, and add university admission wishes, an unlimited number of times from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

Therefore, all operations must be completed before 5pm today. After this time, the system will be completely locked and will not be renewed. Candidates will not be allowed to update any information anymore.

To avoid network congestion at the last minute, candidates should proactively apply as soon as possible.

According to the plan, from tomorrow, July 29, candidates will pay the admission fee online from 5:00 p.m. on August 5. According to the practice, the Ministry of Education and Training will divide the fee payment date by locality to avoid overloading the system.

After that, the Ministry and universities will process the admission requests (virtual filtering) from August 16 to 5:00 p.m. on August 20.

In 2025, the university entrance exam will have many notable changes, including regulations on converting admission scores between admission groups. Candidates only need to register their wishes, the conversion will be carried out by the schools and the Ministry of Education and Training.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that all candidates (including candidates admitted directly) must register for admission online, submitting all admission wishes on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training directly at: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or indirectly through the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates need to carefully study the admission information and admission regulations of training institutions, and not apply for majors and training programs that do not meet the requirements.

In case the training institution organizes separate forms of registration and examination, submitting applications and proofs directly or online at the training institution, candidates must comply with the regulations of the training institution but still have to register on the System to be considered for admission together with all other candidates.

Candidates must accurately declare and be responsible for information, including information to enjoy regional priority and priority subjects (if any) at the time of registration for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (enclosed with proof of priority subjects, if any); information about candidates' permanent residence at all stages will be checked and verified by competent authorities based on population database.

All admission requests of candidates to the school are processed on the system and each candidate is only admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.

After receiving the benchmark scores, successful candidates must confirm their admission on the system, no later than 5:30 p.m. on August 30.

The Ministry requires schools not to organize admissions before August 22. Additional admission rounds start from September 1 until the end of the year.
