Quynh Luu Commune received the Certificate of Advanced New Rural Standards

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment awarded the Certificate of recognition of advanced NTM standards 2024 to Quynh Luu commune.

In 2015, Quynh Luu commune was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a commune that meets the new rural standards. Promoting the revolutionary tradition of Quynh Luu War Zone, the commune continued to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction with many innovations in thinking and awareness.

exciting, the total mobilized resources for building advanced new rural areas in the commune reached 251.75 billion VND, of which the capital invested by the people themselves to build private houses, develop production, build roads, repair village cultural houses and purchase cultural institutions was estimated at more than 116.3 billion VND, accounting for 46.2%.

Regarding rural economic development, the commune has focused on directing the promotion of production development, restructuring of crops and livestock, actively applying scientific and technical advances in production such as growing high-quality rice, combined with expanding mechanization, measures for care and pest control, promoting the strengths of all three economic regions: hills, forests and low-lying areas.

Currently, the commune has 2 comprehensive farms and 15 family farms, each year generating an average income of 250 million VND/family farm. The commune has 2 economic development models: producing sticky rice with areca nut and growing lotus roots that have been granted a Certificate of Area Code. The commune has 2 products recognized as 3-star OCOP: lotus root tea and fresh lotus root, and at the same time applies digital technology , traceability and transactions on e-commerce channels.

The commune has actively promoted the application of information technology, built e-government, focused on socio-economic development, thanks to which 100% of commune officials and civil servants have used the Information System to resolve administrative procedures. The rate of updated and digitized records on the Information System has reached 100%, of which the rate of resolving arising records has reached 89.65%.

Vocational training, job creation and labor export in the area are effective, with over 80% of workers having stable jobs after vocational training with an average income of 5-10 million VND/person/month.

The average income per capita of Quynh Luu commune in 2024 will reach 73.75 million VND/year. The multidimensional poverty rate of the commune has decreased to 0.43% (excluding households without the ability to work).

Up to now, Quynh Luu commune has 90.78% of household achieving the cultural title, 13/13 villages have been recognized as "Cultural Villages" and there are 13 effective mediation teams. The movement of All People participating in protecting local security and order has been strengthened, maintained and actively operated.

From the results of implementing the advanced NTM criteria, 99.8% of people's opinions were satisfied with the results achieved in the commune.

Implementing the movement to build new rural areas in the period of 2021-2025, Quynh Luu has completed 100% of the prescribed criteria and was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2024.

The leaders of Nho Quan District People's Committee awarded 150 million VND in bonus to the Party Committee, government and people of Quynh Luu commune.

Sharing joy with the achievements of the locality, the leader of Nho Quan District People's Committee emphasized that, along with the key and regular political tasks, determined to maintain and uphold the title of a commune meeting advanced NTM standards, Quynh Luu needs to carry out well the revolution of rearranging the organization of the political system according to the Central's policy.

At the same time, it is necessary to further strengthen the application of information technology, build e-government, focus on socio-economic development, and goals to strive successfully complete the and political tasks set forth by Party congresses at all levels.
